About the artist:

His pieces resemble the ones of the Quezada family but with innovations like dramatic cuts on the piece or painting a flower on a geometrical design giving a very modern shape.  He is the brother of Damian Quezada who is an extraordinary potter and he learned from him the precise traditional design of Mata Ortiz and the Quezada´s.
