When the clay is still humid he pushes to form circles and points design in a shinny surface gotten by applying graphite.

 About the artist:

Following the family tradition on making black, burnished and incised pieces he learned from his father Reynaldo Quezada (brother of Juan Quezada, the master). So he has been doing pottery since he was very young for more tan 20 years.  They also burnish the pieces with graphite to get a beautiful metallic look.

 Now he forms a team with his wife Rocio who has proven to be a very gifted artist
