About the artist:

Nowadays in his twenties he learned to pot from his parents Maricruz Lopez and Benjamin Villa. As all the Villa´s he dedicate most of his time to do pottery with the sgraffito technique. That is: he paints the clay surface in different colors and scraps out the color to get kind of a negative of the beautiful birds or insect shapes he gets.
