About the artist:
Cindy, born in 1986 in Casas Grandes is Armando Valles Trevizo wife (who died in 2018). She learned to do pottery from her aunt Elva Mendoza who taught her all the subtleties of the pottery art. And she learned very well because her works feature realistic insects mainly butterflies in a very distinctive and precise way.
