About the artist:

She learned to pot from Graciela Gallegos, her very talented neighbor. Her pieces are usually small thin-walled pieces painted with very intricate geometric designs with red (iron oxide) and black (manganese) minerals that she makes mixing them with water until she gets a kind of ink (paint) for her pieces.
