About the artist:

She started to do pottery on her twenties when she learned the pottery process on black pieces which started with Reynaldo Quezada’s family. The process includes the detailed design of circles, and different geometrical forms being carved onto the piece when the clay is still fresh. The grand finale of her pieces is the burnishing of them with graphite which makes the pieces to shine in a striking way.
