About the artist:

She is the wife of Luis Rodriguez who is a very talented potter and she learned from him to do their very distinctive white or red clay pots in which they paint black or red prehispanic designs.  Also, she carves parallel lines which makes a perfect contrast between shiny and matte surfaces.
