About the artist:

She learned to pot by Graciela Gallegos, her very talented neighbor. Her pieces are usually small thin walled pieces painted with very intricate geometric designs with red (iron oxide) and black (manganese) minerals that she makes mixing them with water until she gets a kind of ink (paint) for her pieces.
